Privacy Policy

Effective 1 July 2026. This policy explains how Latex.sh handles personal data. The data controller is High Gloss Media Ltd, Arch. Makariou III 42, Floor 5, Larnaca 6017, Cyprus. For any privacy request, contact [email protected].

Information we collect

Latex.sh is a content site that does not require an account to read. We collect only what is needed to run and improve the site: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps), aggregate analytics, and anything you choose to send us by email.

People who post in the Club

If a community area is enabled and you post in it, we hold the account details needed to run it and to keep the space safe. We do not publish a real name, address or other identifying detail without explicit permission.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to serve the site and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable without non-essential cookies.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data under our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and on the basis of your consent where required (for non-essential analytics, and for publishing any personal account). We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share limited data only with service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, content delivery and analytics, under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

Logs and analytics are retained only as long as necessary for security and statistical purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.

Children

Latex.sh is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
