Dress code says latex and I own precisely one top

There is a night in a couple of months that I would love to go to and the listing says latex dress code, no exceptions.

I own one latex top. That is it. It is a nice one and I like wearing it, but I cannot afford to put a whole outfit together before then and I do not want to turn up, get looked at, and be told it does not count.

Is one piece enough for something like this, or do these dress codes mean head to toe? And what do you wear with a single item so it looks like a deliberate outfit rather than one latex thing and the rest of your normal clothes?
